Location: The apartments are situated in El Verger, a village near the town of Denia, within the Marina Alta area of North Costa Blanca on the Southeast
coast of Spain.
Denia, with a resident population of 44,035 (2008), is the
principal town in the area benefiting from all amenities and services including
the recently opened General Hospital.
The town’s economy was principally
based on farming and fishery, however this has been replaced by tourism
generated from the expansive beaches that Denia enjoys and the port area
serving the ferry services to the Balearic Islands.
From 1980 the resident

to foreigners migrating to the town from Northern Europe, attracted by the

Beaches: Denia benefits from over 20km of coastline with a different beach types ranging from rocky coves to vast sandy beaches. The nearest being only 400m away at Playa de les Deveses.
Marinas: There are three sports marinas within the vicinity, the closest being
located at Denia only 15km distant. There is a second marina located at
Javea at 26km from the site. Moraira marina is 31 km from the apartments.
Development: The development area of El Verger lies to the Northwest of the town and has been allocated for residential development dispersed with green areas and served by an established infrastructure. Permitted development includes low density / low level apartment blocks, townhouses and villas on independent plots.
