Location: The apartments are situated in El Verger, a village near the town of Denia, within the Marina Alta area of North Costa Blanca on the Southeast coast of Spain.

Denia, with a resident population of 44,035 (2008), is the principal town in the area benefiting from all amenities and services including the recently opened General Hospital.

The town’s economy was principally based on farming and fishery, however this has been replaced by tourism generated from the expansive beaches that Denia enjoys and the port area serving the ferry services to the Balearic Islands.
